Kintan is the first authentic Japanese style yakiniku in London. Yakiniku is a Japanese term that literally translates to “grilled meat.” It has a long-standing history and a strong presence in Japanese cuisine. Our restaurant features a built-in smokeless roaster at each table which enables fun and interactive dining where our guests become the chefs.
Our menu features carefully sourced ingredients both locally and internationally while staying true to authentic Japanese flavors. We first opened our doors in August of 2014 to much anticipation in High Holborn.
In November 2017, our 2nd location in Oxford Circus opened its doors to the public.
