Gluten & Allergen Info
Gluten allergy is definitely one of the more difficult allergen for our restaurant as we have a really high presence of gluten in most of our sauces. That being said, the safest way to enjoy the food for guest who are celiac would be to order all the BBQ items or with just salt and pepper as seasoning. In addition, please also inform the team members of your allergy so that we can take all the extra precautions. Nuts and eggs are much more manageable for us.
One last point we would like to note is that if the allergy is severe, we often strongly recommend that you do not take the risk. As much as we would love to impress and your guest with our food and service, we cannot guarantee that all of our ingredients did not come from a place where gluten is present. There is always that small chance and we never want to jeopardise anyone’s safety.
Attached you can also find our most recent allergen list as well. There is a tab which we created specifically for guests who preferred gluten-free. Some of the items are not on the current grand menu, but the information is correct for all the existing items.
